Three River Fly Fishing Tournament
Event Description
The 2nd annual Three River Fly Fishing Tournament will be held May 17-19 this year. Its no wonder Western North Carolina is dubbed the fly fishing destination east of the Mississippi with its pristine mountain streems teeming with Brown Trout and native Brook Trout. Over 2, 200 miles of public water will be available for fishing during this tournament. Open to all ages and skill levels, teams will fish one native, one hatchery supported and one delayed harvest stream.
Registration is currently open and applications must be returned by May 1, 2012. $500 entry fee per 2 person team which includes lunch both days, opening night reception (cash bar) and closing night winners' dinner at Old Edwards Inn and a fishing goody bag.

All funds raised will benefit the Town of Highlands Scholarship Fund for Highlands High School graduates.
